Tumbling with DD Ceramic Porcelain Media |
|
This is a wet tumbling process. The tumbler used must be able to handle a wet load.
1. Don’t overload your tumbler. Follow manufacturers directions for load size. 2. Equal volumes of brass, media and solution produce best results. 3. Your brass should be clean in three hours of tumbling, or less. 4. The DD Ceramic Porcelain Media does NOT wear out. Don’t loose it when separating brass. 5. Do not re-use the tumbling solution. It is a single use item. 6. A simple water rinse with three clean water changes is all that is needed to complete the process. 7. The recommended mix ratio of solution concentrate to water is 1/2 oz. : 1 gallon water. |
